Mini Fast Template: Template engine that executes PHP template scripts

This class is a template engine that executes PHP template scripts.

It can assign template variables which are converted into PHP code that sets the assigned values to local variables.

The variable assignment code is joined with code of a template file which is also a PHP script. The class executes the resulting code to process the template.
